Blackridge Geospatial provides drone mapping, aerial survey, LiDAR, photogrammetry, and geospatial intelligence services ("Services"). Engagement of Services is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Paradigm Management Company, LLC, dba Blackridge Geospatial. These Terms govern use of the Site only and do not constitute a service contract.

All data products, reports, and deliverables provided by Blackridge Geospatial are intended for informational purposes and must be reviewed and certified by a licensed engineer, surveyor, or other qualified professional before use in any regulated application.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Paradigm Management Company, LLC, dba Blackridge Geospatial or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.

Survey deliverables produced for a client project are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Site's contact or scheduling forms
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting inquiries
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blackridge Geospatial does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paradigm Management Company, LLC, dba Blackridge Geospatial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained herein. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Marion County, Indiana.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
